Get your Strength up

Traditional Squeeze

The basic way to increase your grip across the board

Squeeze

Keep your four fingers on top to give even pressure (Using individual fingers or groups of fingers can give you a targeted workout!)

Hold

Hold it compressed for 1-2 seconds

Release

Slowly release the pressure to get a workout on the way back too!


Thumb Pinch
